The Owner has purchased property all over the country and never seen such a spectacle in the sale of real estate. This is a well executed plan for financial ruins by allegedly concealing the Point of Sale Inspection and having no legal recourse enforced upon the violators. When the Realtors & Escrow do not disclose the POS the homeowner will have lost tens of thousands of dollars. This is a sure fire way to rob a person by pen and get away with the crime. If it does not get you coming in it will get you coming out.
